What is New Student Orientation?

Orientation is a three-day program of activities designed to help new students, both new freshmen and transfer students, make a smooth transition to college life at Alcorn State University. Is Attendance Required?

Attendance at both the University Orientation and the New Student Registration and Parent Orientation Program is mandatory and required for all students new to the University; freshmen and transfer students. Attendance at Parent Orientation Program is suggested but not required for parents.
