PRE-ENGINEERING
Steve Adzau, Program Leader
Department of Industrial Technology

The pre-engineering program is designed as a cooperative undertaking between Alcorn State University, Mississippi State University, Southern University, Baton Rouge, LA, Prairie View A&M University, North Carolina A&T State University, Tennessee State University and other universities having full accredited engineering programs. This program requires students to earn approved credit hours at Alcorn and acquire the additional required courses by transferring to cooperating institutions. Students who choose not to transfer may continue their studies and complete the Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology.

This program leads to the Bachelor of Science in Engineering at cooperating institutions.
