The Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science
Department of Biological Sciences

The Clinical Laboratory Science program consists of three years of study at Alcorn State University and one year of study at an affiliated institution. A student entering this program must maintain a cumulative 3.00 or better grade point average on a 4.0 scale. The program is designed to give clinical laboratory science majors the opportunity to fulfill all requirements needed for entry into schools granting certification in clinical laboratory science. Upon completion of the program, the student will receive a B.S. degree from Alcorn plus certification from the affiliated institution.
