Dr. Bristow commended Dr. Mary Hill, Dean School of Nursing, and Jennifer Mascagni, MSN, RN for their commitment to research and their recent article “A Descriptive Correlational Study of Bacterial Vaginosis in Pregnancy and Its Association With Preterm Birth: Implications for Advanced Practice Nurses” that appeared in the December, 2004, issue of Journal of the Academy of Nurse Practitioners. “Students benefit significantly from this level of professional effort and so does the University’s reputation,” said Dr. Bristow in his e-mail of January 24, 2005.
