The Human Sciences Education endorsement provides a broad background in general education with emphasis in science, specialized family and consumer sciences and professional education. Opportunities are provided for practical experience in secondary schools and businesses. Program options are offered in Vocational and Occupational Home Economics. Through this program, in-service home economics teachers are able to meet certification requirements in accordance with the Mississippi State Plan for Vocational Education.
