Kenneth H. Williams, Coordinator

Department of Social Sciences

The specific requirements for a non-teaching degree in history include the successful completion of all major history courses with a grade of "C" or better. These courses are identified with the "HI" code appearing before the course number and title. Students must also successfully complete all other social science courses with a grade of "C" or better, meet the requirements of the Department of Social Sciences, and pass the Social Sciences Exit Examination.

A teaching endorsement at the secondary level is offered in History Education.
