Internship programs are offered by the Department of Social Sciences for capable and interested majors. The student is screened through a preparatory process and placed in an internship in federal, state, and local government agencies or public and private agencies and organizations. The internship is part of degree requirements for majors in criminal justice and sociology/social work. Other students may select the internship program as an elective credit course.
