Department of Education and Psychology

The Department of Education offers a teaching degree in Psychology/ Sociology in the secondary school. A nonteaching degree in Educational Psychology is available for students who plan to pursue advanced studies in psychology. The curriculum focuses on the application of psychological principles to behavior, learning, and personality. The Department of Education also provides psychology service courses in psychology for all teacher education majors and other majors. A Mental Health Enrichment curriculum is offered.
