Technology education as a public school subject involves exploratory experiences with many of the tools, materials and processes associated with modern industry. This program attempts to provide students with a perspective of the cultural/social impact of technology. The technology education program is a four year program leading to certification to teach technology education in the State of Mississippi in grades seven through twelve.
