You may print our on-line application (it is temporarily unavailable for online submission) or if you prefer, you may receive the printed application by requesting one through e-mail from ebarnes@alcorn.edu.  If you apply electronically, we must have the following items on file in our office:  a signed personal statement  ACT/SAT Scores (Freshmen only)  Appropriate official final transcripts (High School or College)  Immunization Records (MMR)  Photocopy of Social Security Card or Driver's License Print a copy of the personal statement , complete it, and return it along with the above required information.
