The student will receive an award letter (if
eligible for financial assistance) once his or her file is complete. Any
funds awarded will be used to pay tuition, fees, room, board, etc. One
week after the end of registration of every semester, aid will be disbursed
to the student's account. The Business Office will credit any residual
balances within 10 working days.
If awarded Federal Work Study, the student must work and
earn the amount awarded. The 10th of every month, a work study check will
be cut in the business office. If these funds are disbursed to the student,
the student should pay his or her tuition charges.
