The Buick Achievers Scholarship Program
You are making a difference. In your classroom and in your community. If you have the passion to succeed—especially in fields of study important to the automotive and related industries—the Buick Achievers Scholarship Program is looking for you. This year, we will award 1,100 scholarships, including 100 renewable scholarships of up to $25,000 per year.
This scholarship is for an individual seeking a major in the behavioral health field of study, (i.e. social work, psychology, counseling) or plan to major in one of these areas. The student must have family residency in Harrison, Jackson, Hancock, or Pearl River County.
All students that are enrolled in any accredited college or university that has a Greek Social Setting may apply. You must be in good standing at your school with a minimum 2.0 GPA or C Average.
Jacobsen, a manufacturer of high-quality turf maintenance equipment used in the golf and sports turf management industries, is pleased to announce that we will be providing over 30 scholarships to rising seniors pursuing a 2 yr. or 4 yr. degree in Turf Management or other related discipline such as Horticulture or Greenspace Management.
