New Employees In-processing Information
In-processing for new employees is regularly scheduled between the hours of 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Fridays. Human Resources will always call the new employee to inform them about the in-processing session and to inform them of what to bring to the new hire session. If we have not received the necessary paperwork in Human Resources, the new employee will not be called. Please do not send a new employee to in-processing unless they have been called by Human Resources.
Please make sure that your new employees bring with them the following documents and information to the in-processing session:
Two forms of identification: pictured ID card (can be driver's license, passport, or official personal identification card) and Social Security card or birth certificate.
Social Security card is needed for retirement purposes.
A voided check or a photocopy of a check (this is needed if you would like your check directly deposited into your bank account). If Savings Account, please have a letter on official business letterhead or a current bank statement that includes the bank routing number and savings account number to verify that the account is open and active.
Social Security numbers, addresses, telephone numbers, and dates of birth for spouse and dependent children.
Social Security numbers, addresses, telephone numbers, and dates of birth for anyone that will be listed as a beneficiary.
When the employee does not have this information, it delays his or her paperwork being processed; and, when we cannot process their paperwork, it delays their getting paid.
