The Center for Information Technology Services (CITS) is proud to announce the inception of its CITS Helpdesk Service. This service will assist in the process of requesting CITS for any of your IT related service requirements. Contact CITS at extension 2487.
The Helpdesk will enable faculty, staff and students to communicate with a helpdesk consultant to resolve, over the phone, minor IT requirements, or escalate your request to a qualified Support Technician or enter your request into a Track-It! Work order.
The Helpdesk phone service is another effort to provide a formalized method to improve customer service. It will assist CITS with identifying areas of training and also areas where we can improve our processes.
Understanding your role as a customer and the services CITS provides is an integral part of maintaining high quality, timely service. Therefore, CITS has developed a Service Level Agreement (SLA) which ensures that the CITS Team and the students, faculty and staff have a clear unambiguous expectation of the level of service CITS will deliver.
