Now it’s more convenient than ever to report a computer problem, request software installation or training, or just get a quick question answered. Users can now make and track service requests quickly and easily online using Track-It!, a new helpdesk software made available through CITS. With Track-It! Self Service, you can log in and submit requests for services to the help desk such as problems, installations, and requests for training. You can also view any outstanding requests. Select the Track-It link from the menu to try Track-It for yourself.
The simple instructions below will help you place your request for service online. You will then be able to track the progress of your request and provide feedback.
