Request Audio/Visual Support Online!

Wishing there was a quick and easy way to request support for that big presentation? Take heart, CITS has developed a self-service help desk online to help employees request the services you need quickly and easily, right from the convenience of your desktop.  

Requesting support is a simple as completing aform. The form allows you to request exactly the services you need and even provides space for additional comments or explanation. Once you complete the form, you will receive online confirmation that your request has been scheduled.   

Planning is key to the success of any endeavor, and the online request form allows for the planning and scheduling of CITS resources to meet the demands of our dynamic user community. Although we realize sometimes things move quickly and planning time is a luxury, CITS normally requests at least two (2) business days’ notice for routine requests like laptops and projectors, and at least one weeks’ notice for special requests like video streaming.
