The Office of Career Services purpose is to assist students and alumni in exploring and choosing career-related experience, developing job search skills, and achieving employment or gaining acceptance into graduate or professional schools. In addition we provide services to the students and alumni who are seeking employment or information regarding graduate study via our online job search engine and database with Jobs4Braves. The department also sponsors a series of employee expectation seminars and workshops in addition to hosting career and teacher’s fairs.
*All interested students must register with the Jobs4Braves and submit a resume.

The Office of Career Services at Alcorn State University cordially invites you to join us at the Fall 2011 Career Fair. This event is an excellent opportunity for you to meet with Alcorn State University’s undergraduate and graduate students seeking full-time, part-time, internship and co-op positions.
2011 Fall Career Fair Details
The Career Fair will be held on Wednesday, October 19th from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Ballroom of the James L. Bolden Campus Union on the campus of Alcorn State University.
The registration deadline is Friday, October 14, 2011. After the registration deadline has passed you may register, with a late fee of $50, however, due to deadlines for printing, we cannot guarantee that your company information will be available in our guidebooks. Students will be aware that your company is attending through our website.
Registration Fee ($250)
This registration fee includes one table for your display. It will also cover breakfast and lunch.
