The Office of the Registrar provides information regarding records, transcripts, registration, and scheduling of classes. You can also access forms which you can complete online or print for your use. The office staff is available to assist you Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Students who need our services can visit the office, call, email or use the ASU Online Services to handle most requests. The University reserves the right not to issue transcripts, diplomas, degree verifications and letters of good standing to students whose financial obligations have not been satisfied. Account balances may be checked by contacting the University Business Office (601) 877-6160. If there are holds on your account, please contact the originating office of the hold, for final clearance.

The Office of the Registrar is located in the Walter Washington Administration/Classroom Building on the 2nd Floor, Suite 201.

Under the "Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974" Alcorn State University students have the right to inspect and review any and all records, files, and data directly related to them.
