            telephone number 

            location 

Give: 

            clear and accurate information 

 Be prepared to supply: 

            information including: 

                    suspect and vehicle description             

                    direction of travel  

                    sequence of events 

            DONT HANG UP!!  - follow the instructions of the dispatcher
