Drop and Add
- Step 1
- Pick up a Change-of-Schedule form (Drop and Add Slip) from the Registrar's Office, Administration Building, Room 201. (The form will be
processed by the Registrar's staff after completion.)
- Step 2
- Go to your advisor to have your Change of Schedule form signed.
- Step 3
- Return the completed form to the Registrar's Office. The staff will return the student copy of the form to
you and provide a copy of your revised schedule.
- Step 4
- Verify your revised schedule before leaving the counter.
Note: Deadline dates for dropping courses are printed in the Academic Calendar.
