Food & Pricing Requirements<\/div>
Each food truck vendor is required to offer\u00a0one entr\u00e9e item and one beverage packaged together for a total price between $7.00 and $10.00<\/strong>. This requirement is in place to ensure affordable food options are available for our students.<\/div>
<\/div><\/div><\/div>
Vendor Fee<\/div>
There is a\u00a0$100.00 vendor fee per event<\/strong>. Vendors participating on both\u00a0Monday, October 5\u00a0and\u00a0Friday, October 9<\/strong>\u00a0are required to pay the $100.00 vendor fee for\u00a0each event day<\/strong>.<\/div>

Required Documents<\/div>

Please submit the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Proof of Insurance
\n\u2022 Current ServSafe Certification
\n\u2022 Current Health Department Inspection\/Score<\/p>\n

Please ensure that you are also in compliance with the attached\u00a0Food Truck Fact Sheet<\/strong>. All required documentation must be submitted together<\/strong>\u00a0to\u00a0jordand@alcorn.edu<\/strong><\/a><\/span>.<\/p><\/div>

Check-In & On-Campus Process<\/div>
Upon arriving on campus , vendors will be directed to the campus park area located on the\u00a0left upon entering campus<\/strong> for verification.\u00a0You will be greeted by\u00a0Fire Chief White and\/or Campus Police Chief Steward<\/strong>. Once the verification process is complete, Campus Police will escort you to your designated setup location for that event. Please arrive on time to allow enough time for check-in, verification, setup, and preparation before the events begin\u00a0at\u00a05:00 PM<\/strong>.<\/div>
