Dr. Akash Dania appointed to the editorial review board for the International Business: Research, Teaching and Practice Journal

Dr. Akash Dania, director of Graduate Business Programs and associate professor of finance at Alcorn State University’s School of Business, has been appointed to the editorial review board of the International Business: Research, Teaching and Practice (IBRTP) Journal.

The International Business: Research, Teaching, and Practice Journal aims to publish insightful, innovative and impactful research on international business topics. The publication is multidisciplinary in scope, interdisciplinary in content and methodology, and has a developmental mission.

Dania is proud of his latest assignment, and appreciates the recognition garnered by Alcorn’s School of Business.

“I am humbled by this peer-nominated and journal board conferred appointment,” said Dania. “This appointment is a testament of the innovative and groundbreaking research being conducted at the School of Business at Alcorn State University. It is validation of our efforts at the MBA Program and the School of Business to keep us at the forefront of discipline research and in turn prepare our students to meet the challenges of today’s globally competitive work environment.”

The publication seeks to publish international business manuscripts that focus on three thematic areas, which are research, teaching and practice. It seeks to break new ground, rather than merely making an incremental contribution to international business studies focusing on real-world phenomena, problems or puzzles. The journal is particularly interested in publishing innovative papers that startup or redirect a line of inquiry.
