Below you will find a summary of all CITS workshop offered for the Fall 2022 semester along with a link to sign up for any sessions that you are interested in. Act fast! Seating is limited in non-online sessions.

VOICEMAIL SETUP WORKSHOP:

Voicemail setup workshop will be explaining how to setup voicemail on office phone. Location: Online (Zoom)

Zoom Basics Workshop:

As the title hints, this workshop will walk you through the basics of participating in a Zoom meeting as well as the basics of making & running a Zoom meeting. Location: WWACB-RM 315

Keyboard Shortcuts Workshop:

Keyboard workshop will be explaining useful shortcuts on the keyboard that’ll make things easier. Location: WWACB-RM 315

Cloud Storage Workshop:

Cloud storage workshop will be explaining what is clouding storage, how does it work the advantages and disadvantages and brief history of storage data. Location: WWACB-RM 315

How to Handle Multiple Priorities Workshop:

How to handle multiple priorities workshop will define priority, identify and eliminate time wasters, review four options for establishing priorities and to practice managing multiple priorities. Location: WWACB-RM 315

Project management Workshop:

Project management workshop will explain the steps of starting and completing successful projects. This will include do’s and don’ts as well as creating a Work Breakdown Structure to ensure projects are carried out correctly. Whether it’s via Zoom or in person depends on the date you give me. Mail Merging Workshop:

Mail merging workshop will explain a method of taking data from a database or spreadsheet and inserting it into documents such as letters, mailing labels, name tags, and etc. Location: WWACB-RM 315

Understanding ITS and Technology Procurement Rules Basics Workshop:

Understanding ITS and Technology Procurement Rules Basics Workshop will a brief review of the ITS law and policy that covers the procurement of all information technology hardware, software and services by state agencies and IHLs. Location: WWACB-RM 315

Hidden Features in Windows 10 Workshop:

Hidden Features in Windows 10 Workshop will give you cool tips on some things that might be unknown. Location: WWACB-RM 315

Multifactor Authentication (MFA) Workshop:

Multifactor Authentication (MFA) Workshop will be a brief review of the ITS law and policy that covers the procurement of all information technology hardware, software and services by state agencies and IHLs. Location: WWACB-RM 315
