Food & Pricing Requirements
Each food truck vendor is required to offer one entrée item and one beverage packaged together for a total price between $7.00 and $10.00. This requirement is in place to ensure affordable food options are available for our students.
Vendor Fee
There is a $100.00 vendor fee per event. Vendors participating on both Monday, October 5 and Friday, October 9 are required to pay the $100.00 vendor fee for each event day.
Required Documents

Please submit the following:

• Proof of Insurance
• Current ServSafe Certification
• Current Health Department Inspection/Score

Please ensure that you are also in compliance with the attached Food Truck Fact Sheet. All required documentation must be submitted together to [email protected].

Check-In & On-Campus Process
Upon arriving on campus , vendors will be directed to the campus park area located on the left upon entering campus for verification. You will be greeted by Fire Chief White and/or Campus Police Chief Steward. Once the verification process is complete, Campus Police will escort you to your designated setup location for that event. Please arrive on time to allow enough time for check-in, verification, setup, and preparation before the events begin at 5:00 PM.
