“All That You Touch, You Change”

Alcorn State University Gulf Scholars Program
The Alcorn Gulf Scholars Program (GSP) empowers students, faculty, staff and the community to tackle environmental challenges in the Gulf Coast region and beyond. We believe everyone at Alcorn can create real change and build a more sustainable future for their communities.
Through our partnership with the University of West Indies, Alcorn offers hands-on learning, mentorship, an interdisciplinary minor in Sustainability Studies, research opportunities, professional development and travel experiences for selected undergraduate students. Most programming is open to all faculty, students, staff and community members.
