Master of Science in Agriculture

Applicants must present a transcript that verifies a four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning. Once an applicant completes an admission application, progress of materials submission can be tracked in the applicants Status Page. Materials submitted by the student, as specified in this guidance, must be legible for processing. The Master of Science in Agriculture includes the following concentrations: Agricultural Economics, Agronomy, Agronomy Professional, Animal Science, and Agricultural Extension Education.

Required Materials

  • Completion of ASU Graduate Application
  • Official transcripts from all accredited institutions attended
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Immunization Record must show two doses of the MMR Vaccine, Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Required for the following: Agricultural Economics, Agronomy, and Animal Science)

Submission of Materials

All application materials must be submitted by the application deadline for fall, spring, or summer application deadline to receive priority consideration.

Documents Submission

Official transcripts must be requested from the accredited university and cannot be submitted by students.

Letters of recommendation must be submitted by the reference. Letters uploaded by the applicant are not acceptable. Letters are not accepted from relatives of the applicant.

  • Thesis and Non-Thesis option
  • Complete the degree in 6 semesters
