Typical Readmission Steps
Graduate readmission policies allow students to return to reenroll in the program they were admitted if they meet graduate program eligibility to return. Students who have not been an active student due to extenuating circumstances that prevented continuous enrollment, must submit a readmission application and any required documents requested by Graduate Studies. A student who has exceeded the time-limit to complete his or her degree must submit an appeal as the first step and the appeal must be approved in order to submit a readmission application.
Students seeking readmission must resolve any academic deficiencies such as incomplete or sub-par grades, GPA that is below the required 3.0, missing coursework, or other reason for stop-out in attendance.
Submit a readmission application through the admission application portal and monitor the progress of your submission. Students who are not in good academic standing must submit their readmission request for reentry in the program they were initially admitted. Once in good standing after readmission is the only time you can change your program of study.
