The guidelines for all student employees are:
All student labor is limited to a maximum of 80 hours a month during the fall and spring semesters.
During the summer, all student labor is limited to a maximum of 110 hours at the discretion of the student’s immediate supervisor and funding availability.
All students MUST sign the ‘other employment’ disclosure form to determine if their additional employment within Alcorn State University campus is over the maximum allotted hours during the semester.
