Educational Testing Service (ETS) Presidential Scholarship Opportunity for Historically Black College and University (HBCU) Students
Rising juniors and seniors, with a 3.5 grade point average, have an opportunity to apply for the ETS Presidential Scholarship for HBCUs by February 23, 2012.
