Beginners Exercise Classes

HPER for Fitness presents a 6-week beginners exercise program. This free and open to the Alcorn community program will begin on February 21 and end March 30, 2012. Trainer is ASU student Jacqueline S. Ford. Classes will be held in the mirror room in the new gym – on Tuesdays and Wednesday s from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m., and on Fridays from 4:15-5:15 p.m.
