Demonstrating Alcorn’s commitment to community engagement and education, Moses Dupre, director of Compliance and coordinator of Student Engagement, and Dr. Derek Greenfield, director of Educational Equity and Inclusion, served as featured speakers at the 15th Mississippi Athletics Administrators Conference held recently in Vicksburg, Mississippi. 

Dupre’s informative presentation on NCAA’s new requirements helped high school athletics staff to better understand the regulations in place to ensure that their student-athletes are successfully prepared for participation at the collegiate level.

In his closing keynote address, Dr. Greenfield delivered a dynamic motivational message and engaged participants in a series of activities to demonstrate the power of teamwork and positive thinking.
