Due to the large number of requests the Office of the President receives and the complexity of the President’s calendar, we ask that you provide as much information about your event as possible. Please submit this form at least four weeks prior to the event.
To ensure that we are best prepared for the event, please submit the following information in advance of the event.
- If the President’s name is noted on invitation or material for an event, those pieces must be submitted to the Office of the President for review and approval prior to printing.
- Biographical information (if applicable) due 5 business days prior to event.
- Order of program due 5 business days prior to event.
- List of attendees (if applicable) due 2 business days prior to event.
- Table seating (if applicable) due 2 business days prior to event.
