The sale will be held in the lobby of the Extension and Research Complex.

Pasture Produced Pork

The pork consists of prime cuts generated from market hogs grown on pasture at Alcorn R&D Farm. The cuts are deboned, frozen, sealed and USDA inspected and will be sold to employees on a first come, first serve basis.
