USDA Associate Administrator/Acting Deputy Undersecretary to Visit School
Michael Alston, associate administrator and acting deputy undersecretary, United States Department of Agriculture Risk Management Agency and Farm and Foreign Agricultural Services, will address students in the School of Agriculture and Applied Sciences on careers with the USDA.
The presentation will be held Tuesday, April 11 at 10 a.m., Ray Johnson Assembly Center, Extension and Research Complex.
According to Michael Trusclair, 1890 Program Liaison, the visit is planned to give students awareness about careers in USDA.
Trusclair will provide the opening and Alcorn State alumnus, Roddric Bell, state director, RMA, will give the welcome.
