Vote for Alcorn in The Home Depot’s Retool Your School Campus Improvement Grant Program
Alcorn State University students, faculty, staff, alumni and supporters can now vote to make the campus even more beautiful.
The University is one of many schools in the running to receive a makeover courtesy of The Home Depot Retool Your School Campus Improvement Grant Program. Online voting will end April 15 at 11:59 p.m. EST. Campus improvement grants will be awarded to winners on or about April 30. Nine schools with the most votes will be awarded. Online voting will be unlimited during the voting period through www.retoolyourschool.com.
The following will be awarded to each of the three HBCU Clusters: One Grand Prize Grant of $50,000; one 2nd Place Grant of $40,000; and one 3rd Place Grant of $30,000. The 2018 Grant Awards will total $360,000. All award grantees must execute their projects on or before December 31, 2018 unless The Home Depot grants an extension approval at the sponsor's sole discretion.
