Alcorn Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Donzell Lee said that exceptional customer service is key for continual success at Alcorn.

“Good customer service is a characteristic of a great institution, while poor customer service is associated with an institution that’s not very successful,” said Lee. “It is important that Alcorn displays exemplary customer service to maintain the greatness that it is known for.”
