Alcorn State University has been ranked as the No. 4 HBCU in the nation on Niche’s 2024 Best HBCU Schools list.
Alcorn is the highest ranked HBCU in Mississippi.

This ranking assesses four-year Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Statistics from the U.S. Department of Education represent the most recent data available, as self-reported by the colleges. Niche also collects data directly from schools via our school data update form.
