Michael Harper, director of career services at Alcorn State University, has been awarded a full scholarship to attend the NACE 2025 Conference and Expo, taking place in Philadelphia, PA. The scholarship covers conference registration and hotel accommodations and provides a travel expense allowance.

Harper expressed his gratitude for the opportunity, stating, “This is an incredible honor, and I humbly accept this scholarship. The NACE experience proves to be invaluable each year. The NACE 2025 Conference is expected to draw over 2,200 career services professionals, early talent recruiters, and business solutions providers. Attendees will engage in a dynamic program addressing key challenges and innovations in career services and early talent recruiting.

Harper’s attendance will include participation in the HBCU and Employer Convening Preconference Workshop, alongside networking opportunities with industry experts. The conference will focus on strategic collaborations, internships, and best practices in hiring, with an emphasis on promoting inclusion and belonging.
