Spring Commencement 2018
This year's Spring Commencement Exercise will be held Saturday, May 5 at 8:30 a.m. in the Davey L. Whitney HPER Complex on the Lorman campus.
Prospective graduates must place orders for their cap and gown online at www.alcorn.edu/commencement. To pick up your regalia, and participate in Commencement, you must be cleared by selected institutional offices.
Students meeting all degree requirements without holds are considered clear for graduation. Bursar, Financial Aid, Housing, Library, Police, Student Affairs, etc. will review the graduation list and affix graduation holds on any degree candidate with unresolved fines, fees, or holds. No student will graduate or get diplomas/transcripts with a hold on the student’s account. "Only those students who have completed all requirements for their degree will be allowed to participate in the commencement ceremony."
