Alcorn State University is investing time and financial resources to evaluate, build and implement compensation programs that are equitable, competitive, and compliant with federal and state laws.

Presently, we have engaged Segal to conduct a compensation market study for all faculty and staff positions. Please review the project timeline below along with upcoming projects scheduled for the fall.
