Office of Human Resources set to host Lunch & Learn Team Building Training

Striving for greatness as a collective will be the mission for the Office of Human Resources’ upcoming training session at Alcorn State University.

The Office will host a Lunch & Learn Training session Wednesday, Sept. 13 in the Clinton Bristow Dining Facility Gold Room from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Team building will be the session’s theme. The training is limited to 50 participants. Door prizes and free lunch will be provided.

Dr. Wanda Fleming, director for Alcorn’s Office of Human Resources, looks forward to reiterating the importance of being on one accord and developing team chemistry to accomplish high marks as professionals.

“We will promote the concept that we are all part of one community that strives for the common good of our university, families and ourselves,” said Fleming. “Our goal is to reinforce that the spirit of teamwork is foundational to individual and collective success, and will contribute to improved morale, commitment and ultimately improved productivity.”
