Dr. LaDonna Eanochs named member at large of MAIR during annual conference
Dr. LaDonna Eanochs, director of Institutional Research and Assessment at Alcorn, was recently elected as a member at large during the Mississippi Association for Institutional Research (MAIR) Conference in Tupelo, Mississippi.
MAIR supports professionals at Mississippi’s two and four-year postsecondary institutions in institutional research, assessment, and effectiveness.
The new role will allow her to assist in advancing the institutional research field, which Eanochs is proud to do.
“I am honored to represent Alcorn,” said Eanochs. “It is inspiring to continue to advance institutional research and assessment.”
This is the first time in 20 years that someone from Alcorn has held a MAIR leadership position. Eanochs believes the University’s presence in the organization is consistent with its mission of being a staple among institutions of higher learning.
“Being elected to this role aligns with Alcorn’s vision statement of becoming a premier comprehensive land-grant University.”
Eanochs hopes to engage with other members and learn essential knowledge to boost Alcorn’s profile.
“I will network with other board members and stay abreast of current developments, trends, and best practices.”
