Open Enrollment 2023 for Plan Year 2024

You will have the opportunity to make benefit election/changes for the upcoming plan year 2024 and meet with the vendors in person! encourage you to review your benefit selections carefully and make changes as needed.

Note that changes for health and life insurance coverages can be made in Human Resources Management the entire month of October 2023. See Mrs. Goods, EEO/Employee Relations Manager, Ms. Hardaway, Compensation and Benefits Specialist, or Ms. Anderson, Asst. HR Director for further details.

What’s New?

Blue Cross Blue Shield of MS – Premium rate increase for the health insurance plan,
effective January 1, 2024.
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) has changed their name to TELUS Health!!!
Minnesota Life (Securian) – No premium increase.
CS Benefits – No Premium Increase
Air Med Care – Price increase from $55.00 to $65.00, effective January 1, 2024.
Effective August 1, 2023, the method for Family Medical Leave will change from Calendar Method to Rolling Forward Method.
