WHAT IS THE ASU GOLD CARD?

The Gold Card is the official identification card for all Faculty, Staff, and Students of Alcorn State University. Alcorn State University has introduced a new multifunctional Gold Card for all students, faculty and staff members. This technologically advanced card provides photo identification, access control, and cashless payments at the bookstore.

The dual purpose card has two magnetic strips on the back to make access to campus resources more convenient:

• The narrow stripe at the top with the hologram enables students, faculty and staff access to funds in their BankMobile Vibe Account by making purchases everywhere and to use at ATMs.

In order to provide more flexible options for receiving refunds, The Alcorn State University Card Office is migrating from BBPay to BankMobile Disbursements to deliver financial aid and other school refunds. The new refund program will give you the following options for receiving refunds:

Electronic Deposit To Another Account

Electronic Deposit To A BankMobile Vibe Account

Paper Check Delivered By USPS

All students will be asked to select a refund delivery preference from the options listed above.
