Thank you for your interest in the Alcorn State University Goldcard Program and your willingness to contribute to Alcorn State University. The Goldcard Program is a declining balance program that works almost like your regular debit card. This program permits students, faculty, and staff with funds available in their accounts to use their Identification Card/Goldcard to purchase goods and services from participating merchants.
Goldcard Application requirements:
In order to participate in the ASU Gold Card Program, the following steps must be completed:
- Complete the official ASU Gold Card Agreement
- Direct Deposit Authorization Form.pdf
- Vendor Maintenance & W-9 Form.pdf
- Current Business License
- Receive approval from the University
- Purchase/lease and install VeriFone VX570 card reader and printer
- $300 Blackboard Software Fee (Non-Refundable). Make check payable to Alcorn State University
- Please return your Goldcard Application, a copy of your business permit and/or your food inspection report to:
