ASU hosts a variety of camps, clinics and workshops and the development of camp policies and procedures are intended to provide guidance to those involved in camps sponsored by the University. All forms included in the policies for camps must be completed.
In order to be considered as a University sponsored camp, all interested parties must first complete the Certificate of Sponsorship Form (see link below) and be approved by the Vice President for Finance and Administrative services. Simply completing the form does not mean the University approves or authorizes your camp as a “Sponsored University Camp.” It’s also very important that you thoroughly read the University camp policies identified in the link below.
