Gift by Payroll Deduction
Payroll deduction is an easy way for University employees to make gifts directly and automatically from a paycheck. As with online giving, payroll deduction donations allow us to minimize administrative expenses.
When you make a payroll deduction gift, you may instruct University payroll to withhold your contribution each month for a period of time or until you instruct them to discontinue the withholding. You may designate your gift as unrestricted or restricted for a specific purpose or use.
To make a gift via payroll deduction, you will need to acquire a Payroll Deduction Authorization Form that is available at either the front desk of the Administrative Suite, of the Extension and Research Complex or from Alcorn state University Foundation, Inc. office housed on the First Floor of Bowles Hall on the Lorman campus.
Said form must be returned to Alcorn State University Foundation, Inc. office where all individual donations are held in strict confidence.
